Last week, comedian and actor Bill Cosby filed a lawsuit against seven of the women who are currently accusing him of drugging and sexually assaulting them.

Now the former Cosby Show star is filing another lawsuit, this time against model and actress Beverly Johnson, who claimed in a November 2014 Vanity Fair article that Cosby drugged her in his home as she was auditioning for a role.

As happened last week, Cosby’s lawyer, Monique Pressley, posted a copy of the lawsuit to 老域名怎么购买, as seen here:

Cosby is suing Johnson for defamation and infliction of emotional distress, claiming that Johnson’s story is an absolute fabrication.

He also contends that her accusations are an attempt to “generate interest in and promote sales of her recently published memoir,” referring to Johnson’s book, The Face That Changed It All: A Memoir, which features an entire chapter on her alleged encounter with Cosby.

Should he win his case, Cosby seeks to have that chapter removed from the memoir, and wants Johnson to retract every publicly made statement about the supposed incident.

As of this writing, Johnson has not released any statement about Cosby’s lawsuit.

Over the past year, Cosby has been accused by over 50 women of rape, drug-facilitated sexual assault, sexual battery and/or sexual misconduct. His career has been virtually destroyed, with multiple venues cancelling appearances by the comedian, and at least 20 colleges and universities have rescinded honorary degrees bestowed on him in the past.
